My daughter was fortunate to have the professional repairers at Overall Panels completely fix her car after it had been stolen/recovered. Daniel clearly explained what work would be done and he quickly sourced the required parts. Jeanette in administration responded promptly to all our requests. If I had to choose a repairer again would I choose overall panels? In a heartbeat.
Now I’m an impatient person my nature and the wait seemed to take forever, 10 weeks from start to finish but I certainly can’t blame overall panels for that.
The car sat at another repair shop for 4 weeks prior going to overall panels. The receptionist and I believe the real boss was beautiful with every phone call never getting angry of frustrated because I was, and I wanted my car back but she handled it with true professionalism and charm.
Once the parts came in for my car Ray the owner went above and beyond to get the car ready before Christmas.
Ray was also extremely calm on the phone dealing with me (Mr Impatient) wanting to get his car back.
